Fuel Delivery and Contract Management Intern Summer 2026

About the role:

As a Fuel Delivery and Contract Management intern, you will meet customer's technical and delivery requirements and maximize contract value with Westinghouse strategic and financial goals.

You will report to the Portfolio Manager and be located at our Columbia facility. This is a paid full-time remote position for the summer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret drawings, specifications and other technical documentation to support Westinghouse engineering positions or dispositions
• Assist the FCMs with Financial responsibility to assure that customers' billing plans are entered and sustained, invoices are issued on time and revenue recognition / EBIDTA targets are met
• Prepare and issue the Job Order Documents including Region Order, CATD (Contract and Technical Data), and Utility Requirements document for each Component / fuel reload based on customers' unique design / features and requirements
• Assist FCMs with engineering & commercial activities associated with order, implementation, invoicing, and closeout
• Manage Purchase Orders using SAP, ENOVIA, EDMS and other assorted tools

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or business field – (Finance, Marketing, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Chemical)
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Complete sophomore year of college
• No relocation assistance provided

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The hourly rate for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $18.70 to $27.50 per hour.
