Your Day to Day:

• Daily Management Systems deployment and tracking & 5S Implementation and tracking in Sharepoint
• Assist with Reliability Team
• Assists with performance excellence gap analysis assessments (Value Steam Mapping, maturity assessment, WMS).
• Monitors / validates progress towards our goals (Visual workplace, Policy Deployment).
• Coordinate A3 and 8D activities and assisting teams in tracking data, as well as effective reporting
• Deploys advanced reporting systems to improve access to critical information by area management
• Leads Operational Excellence projects that are critical to short and long-term strategic goals
• Facilitates and coaches improvement teams.  Help identify barriers to project success and solicit help from program champions as needed
• Leverages WEC resources for learning in Six Sigma, Lean, WMS, technology, systems, processes and tools

What you need to be successful in this role:

• Working towards a degree in Industrial Engineering or appropriate business field
• Must be a completed sophomore prior to May 2025 with a GPA of 3.0 or higher to be considered
