About the role:

As a Senior Manager, Global SIOP you will lead and facilitate the SIOP process to include demand, supply, and risk/opportunity pace with an integration to the existing Fuel GSIOP schedule. This important role will collect and consolidate all resource demand for NFE and provide a clear, data-driven demand signal. The Senior Manager will work within the SIOP community. This work will standardize the resource demand process by using the global competency model. The goal is to ensure that planning for the right skills are available at the right time to support project execution. This position partners with project scheduling, cost estimating, proposal management, engineering, and delivery teams. The goal of this partnership is to lead resource optimization and enhance overall project delivery performance. Additionally, you will lead from a resource planning perspective, integrated into the existing GSIOP schedule for material planning.

 

You will report to the Director of Global SIOP for Fuels and support this role remotely with up to 20% travel globally.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the resource demand planning team in the preparation, integration, and management of accurate resource demand plans for Fuels Business.
  • Standardize resource demand planning processes, documentation, and reviews across OPX, using the global competency model.
  • Collect and consolidate all resource demand for Fuel projects/work, ensuring comprehensive coverage of required capabilities.
  • Provide clear resource demand signals from Fuels to facilitate proactive resource allocation and planning.
  • Develop data-driven approaches to support resource management, applying historical data, trends, and analytics to enhance resource accuracy, efficiency, and readiness.
  • Provide insights on resource demand and supply planning through scenario analysis and help develop resource planning strategies for the OPX business forecast.
  • Integrate resource demand planning with project scheduling and cost estimating, ensuring agreement between technical, cost, schedule, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate with teams (including proposal, engineering, and delivery) to define resource requirements and develop strategies for resource deployment.
  • Implement and maintain standard resource planning software and tools to support scalable and repeatable resource management practices.
  • Ensure audit readiness by maintaining documentation and supporting gate reviews throughout the resource planning lifecycle.
  • Train team members to build internal expertise and succession capabilities in resource demand planning.
  • Represent us as the primary contact for resource demand matters, presenting strategies and solutions to executives and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, planning, supply chain, engineering, or related discipline. We may consider equivalent experience in lieu of education.
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in planning, project scheduling, cost estimating, or resource planning in a diverse project delivery environment.
  • Experience with resource planning, project management, or workforce management, with familiarity in competency modeling and organizational resource planning.
  • Experience with resource planning or project management software.
  • Manage multiple complex resource plans with deadlines.
  • Develop messaging and present to leadership on monthly pace.
  • Present resource strategies to executives and represent us on resource-related matters.

 

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $126,000 to $157,500 per year.
