The Services Delivery Manager - Westinghouse Government Services (WGS) provides leadership to Operational sites where WGS performs work, to ensure Westinghouse Government Services delivers safe, high-quality results with a focus on customer satisfaction. Achieve financial targets set for the customer.  Builds and maintains valuable customer relationships through a solid understanding of the site-specific needs and the customers protocol to support the overall strategic plan of WGS.

 

Your Day to Day:

  • Serve as a WGS presence at customer site, representing the ability to respond to planned and emergent customer needs.
  • Provides valuable customer information that helps build relationships and a broader understanding of the customer’s site needs.
  • Support Business Development activities, including but not limited to proposal development, forecasting and margin opportunities
  • Act as a liaison for customers to support product growth, opportunities as well as to foster climate of partnership while supporting project delivery
  • Collaborate with the appropriate internal and external resource providers to ensure that customer expectations are met, and execution on deliverables is accomplished within the appropriate time frame.
  • Ensuring adequate resource capacity and capability are in place to support fulfillment of customer commitments
  • Champion of continuous improvement and organizational learning within the standard services.
  • Ensure WGS activities and interactions are being implemented consistent with the site specific environment, policies, procedures and organization to meet requirements and eliminate costs.
  • Foster a positive work environment through coaching, engagement, empowerment and recognition. Instill culture of collaboration and effective teamwork across various functions.
  • Support career development and progression of team members, in line with business needs and personal interests.  Builds workforce and leadership skills through targeted development plans.

 

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent related technical discipline. 
  • 10 + years of nuclear experience, preferably in a field service, outage and/or on-site utility experience. Significant customer facing experience at the plant and corporate level.
  • Must be a US Citizen and achieve Q-clearance status
