As an Analytics and Enterprise Intelligence Specialist, you will be instrumental in centralizing and optimizing analytics and reporting functions across our five manufacturing plants. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical professional who is passionate about leveraging data to drive business insights.

Your day to day:

Centralized Analytics Operations:

  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to centralize analytics and reporting processes.

  - Ensure consistency and standardization of metrics and KPIs across all plants.

Data Integration and Analysis:

  - Integrate data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

  - Conduct thorough data analysis to derive actionable insights and recommendations.

Technology Utilization:

  - Utilize analytics tools, business intelligence platforms, and data visualization solutions to enhance reporting capabilities.

  - Support the adoption of cloud-based technologies for scalable analytics.

Collaboration and Support:

  - Work closely with plant teams to understand their analytics needs and provide support.

  - Facilitate training sessions to enhance analytics capabilities across plants.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives:

  - Contribute to the implementation of predictive analytics models for proactive decision-making.

  - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.

- 0 years relevant experience

- Azure cloud certifications a plus.

- Proven experience in analytics and enterprise intelligence within a manufacturing environment.

- Proficiency in analytics tools, business intelligence platforms, and data visualization solutions.

- Proficiency in common programming languages, mainly including SQL

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
