About the role:
As a Work Week Manager, you will provide work management scheduling, coordinating, reporting and outage support for specific operational areas within the Work Management organization at the Columbia Fuels Fabrication Facility.
You will report to the Manager of Work Management and be located at Columbia, SC. You will support this role 100% onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the Work Management T-week planning and milestone processes for scheduled repairs, projects, preventive maintenance, and outage tasks.
- Provide leadership in task and resource prioritizing, forecasting, coordinating, scheduling, and reporting for assigned operational areas following Work Management policies and procedures.
- Assure the availability of all resources to support T-week scheduled tasks.
- Communicate with Work Management, Fabrication & Installation, Operations, EH&S, Production Planning, and Maintenance teams to coordinate planning and schedule execution of assigned work.
- Prioritize and support work order planning, coordinating, and scheduling for the CFFF CAPEX portfolio based on project deadlines.
- Provide knowledge in the functionality and operation of the site Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Leading2Lean (L2L).
- Lead work week and project scheduling efforts within scheduling software Primavera 6 (P6).
- Lead weekly team meetings to correct/update and publish a weekly resource-loaded schedule.
- Assist and guide internal customers on work week schedule adherence, including the use of supporting Power BI schedule visualization and tracker tool.
- Support Fall and Spring Outages from schedule creation and refining to execution tracking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or similar.
- Must have at least 5 years' experience in manufacturing operations; site specific operations or maintenance experience.
- Must develop schedules that are flexible enough to cover unexpected contingencies.
- Communicate different requirements to internal customers, peers, and management in both written and verbal form.
- Share knowledge and workload with peers to improve work week manager function.
- Learn the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Leading2Lean (L2L) and Power BI tools.
- Learn scheduling concepts within Primavera 6 (P6) scheduling software.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $76,400 to $95,500 per year.
