Production Supervisor

• Full-time production supervisor within Westinghouse production facility in Huntsville, Alabama.
• Overall responsibility for Huntsville Facility.
• Reports to the Manufacturing Plant Manager (located remotely in Warrendale)
• Provide day-to-day direction to technicians for production activities.
• Maintain all calibrated measurement and tooling.
• Maintain qualification and training for production personnel and special processes.
• Responsible for interfacing with WEC Logistics for inbound/outbound shipping activities.
• Responsible for material control and inventory management.
• Responsible for planned and unplanned facility maintenance needs.
• Work in conjunction with corporate EHS to ensure compliance to all EHS requirements.
• Act as site Nuclear Safety Culture champion.
• Responsible for interfacing with corporate security to address access, alarms, etc.
• Support plant safety initiatives with goal of zero recordable incidents.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production facility.
• Collect and share relevant operating experiences with workforce.
