Junior Buyer with French

To strengthen our Supply Chain Management team, we are looking for experienced candidates for the position of Junior Buying Specialist for our Global Supply Chain Team. Responsibilities:

• Process Purchase Requisitions and create Purchase Orders
• Support process from sourcing and RFQ up to signing contract
• Proactively monitor confirmations of Purchase Orders from the suppliers
• Proactively manage on time deliveries
• Resolve issues related to Purchase Orders and Invoices
• Closely collaborate with your internal customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Report your achievements on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Support our further development by identification and implementation of improvements
• Support and promote a culture where a high quality of work is the norm

Requirements:            

• 0-1 year of experience in corporate environment, ideally within customer service
• Bachelor degree 
• Fluency (written and spoken) in both English and French
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills
• Customer focus with proactive attitude
• Negotiation skills will be an asset
• Proficient use of Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and PowerPoint is desirable
