Bridge the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to stakeholders. Engage with business leaders and users to understand how data-driven changes to process, products, services, software and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value. Articulate those ideas but also balance them against what is technologically feasible and financially and functionally reasonable, working to improve products, hardware, tools, software, services, and processes.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex problems and assess how automated systems can be implemented to solve them.
  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
  • Gather data and analyze business and user needs in consultation with both business managers and end users.
  • Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
  • Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications
  • Provide IT support for regulatory and compliance activities and make recommendations on hardware and software procurement to support business goals
  • Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs of the business
  • Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues


  • Bachelor's degree in IT, related technical discipline or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT work and relevant technical experience.
  • Certifications related to specific disciplines. ITIL v3 Foundations certification desirable. ServiceNow certified system adminstrator required.
  • Knowledge base acquired from experience in various relevant areas.
  • Fully proficient in applying established standards in focus and adjacent technical areas.
  • Ability to define highly complex and specialized projects, perform analysis, and make sound decisions.
  • Capable of managing varied assignments and work independently as well as instruct and coach other professionals.
  • Strong communication skills with all levels of the business (from User to Executives levels) and the ability to leverage knowledge of the appropriate approach and degree of detail for each.
