This APX Supply Chain Account Management Europe Lead is mainly focused on all activities related the APX Supply Chain Summer International Internship Program.

You will build relationships with universities' academic staff in identified EU countries to present and promote our 8-week Westinghouse Summer Internship Program that takes place each year in our US Headquarters.

You will need to liaise and travel to universities in order to present and promote the opportunity to an interested student audience, addressing any program related questions they may have about how our Supply Chain team works. Then, you will coordinate with HR for candidate selection and all onboarding related activities, ensuring that interns have allocated tasks and sufficient support to enable them to perform.

This is a full time role and regular traveling availability is required.

You will report to the manager - APX Supply Chain Account Management Operations in EMEA, and you will be located in a European country. The role is classified as “mobile” which allows some work from home when traveling is not required.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, distribute and follow up all the International Summer Internship Program related documentation (flyer, slide decks etc)

  • Promote APX supply chain International Internship Programs at universities, speaking to both academic staff and presenting the program in front of a student audience.

  • Accountability and execution of all steps throughout the process: from early stage program promotion to potential full-time onboarding of the students after they finish their studies.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • +5 years of experience in similar role

  • Experienced commercially oriented, and motivated team player with public speaking skills

  • A people's person, motivating mentor, inspiring lead who is passionate about Westinghouse Technology and the opportunities for New Build.

  • Understanding of the APX technology, the APX supply chain commodity types (WBS) and the market opportunities.

  • Engineering degree with business background and strategic mindset.

  • Available to travel approximately 25% of the time

 

 

 

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 17,000 to 21,225 PLN gross per month. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
