Are you interested in being part of an innovative team that supports Westinghouse's mission to provide clean energy solutions? At Westinghouse, we recognize that our employees are our most valuable asset and we seek to identify, attract and recruit the most qualified talent while recognizing and encouraging the value of diversity in the global workplace.

As the APX Supply Chain Account Management Manager for Europe, you will lead and oversee all APX SC Account Management activities across the region. This position serves as the primary point of contact for nonincumbent suppliers, supporting firsttouch engagement and localization initiatives. You will be highly customerfocused and missiondriven, championing Westinghouse technology as the preferred solution for clean, safe, and reliable energy, while advancing our “Buy Where We Build” strategy.

Success in this position requires exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities. You will cultivate relationships with internal colleagues, senior business leaders, and external partners—including customers, industry associations, and suppliers—across multiple European countries. Responsibilities include public speaking, organizing and participating in external events, and coordinating with government institutions and industry bodies. Internally, you and your team will conduct desktop assessments of potential suppliers, evaluating risks related to trade compliance, antibribery and corruption, and financial stability. The team will also classify suppliers within relevant WBS families, prioritizing strategic factors such as localization requirements and identified gaps. Close alignment with the broader APX organization and project team members will be essential.

You will drive decision-making, demonstrate accountability, and foster a positive, collaborative team environment. You will coach and develop team members, provide constructive feedback, and support talent growth.

This is a fulltime position requiring regular travel. The role reports to the Global Senior Manager, APX Supply Chain Account Management Operations, and the company bases it in a European country. We designate it as a mobile role, offering flexibility to work from home when travel is not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee APX Supply Chain Account Management activities across Europe, serving as the primary interface for non‑incumbent suppliers and driving localization and first‑touch engagement strategies.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, associations, and government institutions, while representing Westinghouse in public forums, events, and cross‑country engagements.

  • Manage, develop, and guide the Account Management team, ensuring effective supplier risk assessments, strategic supplier cataloging, and strong alignment with the broader APX organization and project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse cultures, seniority levels, and external organizations throughout Europe.

  • 7+ years of experience in similar role

  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities, including coaching, developing talent, fostering collaboration, and driving accountability within a high performance team environment.

  • Solid analytical and risk assessment competencies, with experience evaluating suppliers for trade compliance, financial stability, and ABC considerations, as well as understanding of supply chain, localization strategies, and WBS structures.

  • Already familiar or very quickly familiarized with APX technology, the APX supply chain commodity types (WBS) and the market opportunities/current projects.

  • Engineering degree with business background and strategic mindset.

  • Available to travel approximately 25% of the time

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 21,250 to 26,533PLN gross per month.
