Account Management Associate

The Associate Account Manager role serves a key role in the relationship between the BU and GSCS. This role is a key conduit to ensure the smooth flow of information, alignment on priorities and strategies between the Business Unit (BU) and the GSCS (Global Supply Chain Solutions) Team are clearly understood and executed.
Responsibilities:
- Escalation Process performance
-Monitor Escalation tool & follow up with the issue owners to ensure the Actions on time
-Send out e-mail with issues for MCI (Weekly, Monthly)
- LOA Process
-Monitor B&P tool to ensure the input is being entered on time & complete
- Cost Savings
-Monitor Wave Savings tool to ensure the monthly savings entries are complete on time
- Control Tower
-Perform the monthly review and update the issue with the new issues that meet the criteria
-Follow up with issue owners to ensure actions are completed on time
- Monthly Highlights/Lowlights
-Draft up Highlights and low lights for the issues identified by the Account Manager
- VOC
-Send out survey communication to stakeholders
-Follow up with stakeholders to ensure the survey is completed on time
-Tabulate results and report out
- S2P
-Monitor tool to ensure the PPMs are providing updates to the tool
-Send out request to stakeholders for projects to load into S2P
-Follow up stakeholders
- Stockout Report
-Send out weekly stockout report to Supply Chain and the stakeholders
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience working in an environment where attention to detail, accuracy, and managing tight timelines are critical.
- Supply chain, Material Planning or Project Management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Customer service focused with relationship-building capabilities
- Impact and influence in a project oriented, engineering, specialty, functional matrix environment
- Team player to partner and collaborate across business units and functional areas
- High level knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices and demonstrated ability to apply this knowledge to achieve results.
- Demonstrated ability to support change, and execute organizational and high-level process changes
- Must be adaptive, flexible, and able to function effectively in a highly complex global environment with a proven ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
- Technologically adept with demonstrated ability to learn systems and processes quickly
- Knowledge of Nuclear or similar highly regulated industry with an understanding of the supply chain implications preferred
- Availability to work on 1st and 2nd shift (9-17/14-22)
