Person on the position of Accounts Payable Assistant will perform payable functions within our invoice processing systems. You will have daily contact with vendors and other company personnel regarding the processing of invoices..

 

 

You will report to the AP Team Leader. You will be part of the Krakow team and work in hybrid model.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure invoices and related support are scanned and entered the system.

  • Process and match purchase order and non-purchase order invoices.

  • Monitor and resolve issues within the system supported invoice workflow process.

  • Maintain accounts payable policies and follow other established internal controls within the payables process.

  • Perform ad hoc tasks to assist the business.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or another related field

  • 0-1 years of experience

  • Very good knowledge of English and one of following languages German/French/Swedish/Spanish

  • Consistently delivers precise, high‑quality work with strong attention to detail

  • Builds strong relationships through clear, tactful communication with both internal teams and external partners

  • Working knowledge of common MS Office applications such as Excel and Word

  • Experienced in handling sensitive data while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance
