Analyst - Platform Operations

Reporting to the Platform Operations Supervisor, the Operations Analyst supports the operational performance, stability, and reliability of the enterprise infrastructure platforms including Windows, Active Directory as well as the associated storage, backup, and virtualization services.  

Working within a Plan-Build-Run operating model, you will support operational governance, reporting, compliance, documentation, and continuous improvement activities across Platform Services. The Analyst helps improve visibility, consistency, and effectiveness through process support, operational insights, and knowledge management activities.

You will follow ITIL best practices and service-level commitments while improving operational processes, platform reliability, and service delivery.

 You will work in hybrid mode with 2 days at the office.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Governance & Administration

  • Support operational processes, procedures, policies, and governance activities across Platform services.

  • Manage software license, contract, and infrastructure inventories, renewals, reporting, and compliance tracking.

  • Help with disaster recovery planning, testing coordination, documentation, and readiness activities.

  • Track operational audits, compliance reviews, remediations, and evidence collection activities.

  Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Maintain operational procedures, runbooks, knowledge articles, and team documentation.

  • Support documentation updates and maintain repositories, templates, and knowledge resources associated with operational processes, service changes, and continuous improvement projects.

  Reporting & Operational Visibility

  • Develop and maintain IT dashboards, reports, service metrics, and operational scorecards.

  • Collect, analyze, and communicate operational data, trends, and performance indicators.

  • Provide visibility into performance, compliance, and service health through meaningful metrics and operational insights.

  Process Improvement & Enablement

  • Support automation initiatives through process documentation, testing, and readiness activities.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, visibility, and service effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Security, and Service Delivery teams to support continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science or similar applicable degree or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, process administration, compliance, reporting.

  Experience working with operational processes, documentation, reporting, governance, or service management activities.

• ITIL Foundation

• ServiceNow Fundamentals or equivalent ITSM training

• Power BI, reporting, or analytics-related training a plus

• Proficiency with reporting, dashboards, metrics, and operational data analysis.

• Experience with documentation, knowledge, and process management.

• Familiarity with IT service management processes, governance, compliance, and audit activities within ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.

• Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and communicate meaningful insights and coordinate activities across teams and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with infrastructure platforms such as server virtualization, Active Directory, backup, and monitoring.

• Strong documentation, and record-management skills.

   

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 9,250 to 11,600 PLN gross per month. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
