Associate Project Controls Specialist

The Associate Project Controls Specialist is responsible for the ongoing delivery of SAP tasks for the Global Westinghouse organization. This role is focused on the responsibility to deliver standard data structures across the Global organization with strict adherence to established service level agreements.  Candidates will work mobile/hybrid schedule at our Krakow Global Shared Services (GSS) Center.

Your Day to Day:

• Maintain and update data in basic project controls systems
• Review data entered to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Accomplish tasks by completing related results as needed
• Provide input on data collection that optimize efficiencies and data quality
• Delivery of data entry based on priority adhering to deadlines
• Identify gaps in current data entry processes and drive strategic solutions for stakeholders needs

Who You Are:

• B.A., B.S. in Business or Computer Science   
• Excellent communication. Ability to operate effectively in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities, manage time and multi-task
• Ability to show initiative, good judgment and resourcefulness
• Detail oriented with a problem solving mindset and ability to meet deadlines and be results oriented
• Desire to produce accurate, high-quality work with attention to details
• Basic knowledge of SAP PS, MS Office and other software packages a plus
• Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing project needs in evolving situations
