Commercial Offer Development Analyst
Supports the offer development team offers for global new plant project opportunities as part of the offer lead team supporting various actions including but not limited to development of technical integration, cost updates and management of customer requirements through all phases of Westinghouse new plant project commercial offers. A key function of this role is to be able to manage multi-functional teams and work streams to organize and integrate complex information for customers.  


Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the offer lead for all types of offers including but not limited to contracts, requests for information, bid proposals, and FOAs for potential global new plant opportunities, and other new market opportunities in an advanced stage of development such as small modular reactors (SMR). Support of the offer lead includes completing activities and actions related to the bid, drafting proposal documents, prepopulation of RFIs with existing information, setting up discussions and setting up the infrastructure for a bid including SharePoint sites or Teams Sites.  
  • Collaborate with the technical and management teams, project management, and external customers to facilitate addressing customer-specific and/or geographic-specific requirements.  
  • Prepare offer development reports including cost and schedule information to provide to Energy Systems management. 
  • Support maintenance of process assets including processes, procedures,  guidelines and the content library for proposals and identify best practices to improve performance on offer development activities.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for the offer leads related to schedule and cost expenditures. Learn and manage activities in SAP and Offer Development software tools.
  • Maintain offer information including archival of reports and organization of offer content for future offers. 

 


Requirements: 

  • BS degree in engineering, business, or related discipline
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in project management and/or commercial offer development; ability to travel up to 25% will be required including domestic and international. 
  • Effective oral and written communications with proficiency in English.
  • Strong organizational management skills.  Ability to establish effective networks across functional areas including, finance, strategy, engineering, licensing, procurement, etc.
  • Project and Time Management Skills
