Developer - SharePoint

As a SharePoint and Power Platform Developer you will be responsible for building and maintaining SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform sites and applications that support the business needs of the enterprise. You will work within the Modern Workplace team to develop SharePoint and Teams sites, Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports under the guidance of senior team members. You will contribute to the team's development efforts, supports end users, and continuously grows their technical skills across the Microsoft 365 development ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain SharePoint Online and Teams sites, pages, lists, and libraries to support business requirements

• Build Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) to address business process needs

• Create and maintain Power Automate flows for workflow automation

• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards

• Develop solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), TypeScript, and React

• Support the migration and modernization of legacy SharePoint content and solutions

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements

• Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint and Power Platform issues reported by end users

• Maintain development documentation and adhere to team coding standards

• Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services

• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for administration and automation

• Provide incident and task support for the SharePoint and Power Automate platforms

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or Related Field

• 2+ years of SharePoint development or administration experience

• 1+ years of Power Platform development experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power BI)

• Familiar with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development using TypeScript and React

• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate development

• Familiar with Power BI report development

• Familiar with Microsoft Graph API and REST APIs

• Capable of writing and maintaining PowerShell scripts

• Ability to interface effectively and collaborate with clients, peers, and management to troubleshoot issues, and recommend and implement solutions

• Ability to fully document technical design and related project or systems-level documentation

• Written and verbal skills in the English language

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 9,250 to 11,600 PLN gross per month. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
