The AP Technology Deployment group is seeking an engineering intern for the support of exciting New Plant opportunities. This engineering intern will be part of one of our AP1000 Project Development Engineering teams, and will engage on a vast set of nuclear power plant design topics in support of Westinghouse’s International new build market development.

 

What your day-to-day activities looks like: 

 

  • Providing engineering design and/or analysis for nuclear power plants, products, including fuel manufacturing, spent-fuel management, service and maintenance, instrumentation and control, and training
  • Learn details of the Westinghouse advanced passive technology.
  • Assisting engineers within the group and other internal functional groups on the engineering level to obtain information necessary to perform work assignments;

 

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team: 

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Engineering required (all engineering disciplines are welcome to apply).
  • Should be over 18 years of age
  • EU citizen
  • Needs to be fluent in Polish and English
  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
