We currently have 3 opportunities for HR Associate and Payroll Analysts to join our Global Data Administration team in Krakow, Poland. There is a preference for candidates that can work a mobile/hybrid schedule at our Krakow Global Shared Services (GSS) Center, we will consider Poland Remote candidates for this role. The Human Resource Associate and Payroll Analyst and is a global role that will provide support to the Global Data Administration team with a focus on the following tasks:
- Manage customer inquiries through the Alight hrX ticketing system
- Provide payroll support for various EMEA countries
- Perform HR transactional tasks by management of employee data through the SuccessFactors HR system
- Ensure accuracy of HR data processing
- Assist employees with inquiries involving Human Resources program, policies, procedures, and functions, such as benefits, payroll, unemployment, leave of absence
- Support recruiting team through creation of requisitions Support recruiting team through creation of requisitions
- Partner with various COEs in support of various special projects, system testing, etc.

- Focus on continuous improvement through shared knowledge and experiences and lessons learned
- Ability to read payroll outputs (G2N/WTR Reports, payslips, time data reports)
Who You Are:
- High School graduate or equivalent. In addition, an associate degree or equivalent in business/payroll related curriculum is preferred.
- Three to five years of experience working in a human resource-related environment with payroll experience in various countries
- Prior experience working in a shared service environment
- Experience with data maintenance and reporting functionality in the following software systems is preferred: SuccessFactors, SAP
- Intermediate understanding of payroll terms
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivot tables, Match, etc) strongly preferred
- Detail oriented and comfort with portraying a questioning attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit discretion on all matters
- Demonstrated proficiency in innovative computer applications and individual/team problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal, management, problem solving and organizational skills are required.
