As Indirect Sourcing Lead within the EMEA Services & Contingent Labor organisation, you will play a key role. You will be a part of the Regional Strategy & Sourcing team. Your role is to deliver value across indirect spend categories through sourcing execution and strong stakeholder alignment. You will lead sourcing activities supporting Spain as a core market, while also contributing across other EMEA countries, working within a dynamic, regional team environment. You will operate across a broad stakeholder network, ensuring you align sourcing initiatives with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and Westinghouse standards, while consistently driving commercial optimisation, compliance, and operational excellence. We offer the opportunity to take ownership of sourcing initiatives, influence key business decisions, and contribute to the continued development of a regional sourcing function. Success in this role requires strong sourcing capability, proactive stakeholder engagement, and the ability to navigate the Spanish market landscape, with fluency in Spanish and English.

You will report to the Manager Regional Strategy & Sourcing and collaborate closely with peers across EMEA.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build regional Indirect Category strategies in alignment with global strategies and Regional Strategy & Sourcing objectives, with focus on Spain

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFx development, supplier evaluation, and proposal analysis, utilising Westinghouse tools, and processes

  • Negotiate, award, and administer supplier agreements with global and regional suppliers, ensuring commercial value, contractual compliance, and risk mitigation

  • Implement appropriate risk management actions using results from conducting supplier financial assessments with approved tools (Rapid Ratings, D&B).

  • Deliver and track cost savings and value initiatives in line with Global Supply Chain targets

  • Support implementation and management of ARIBA Catalogs for indirect suppliers, including adoption and compliance within the business

  • Be a escalation point for procurement and invoicing issues within scope; lead timely resolution in collaboration with partners and suppliers

  • Maintain data quality and spend visibility across sourcing tools and reporting systems

  • Build an effective relationships with suppliers, partners, and Global Supply Chain peers across Category management, Account Management, Operations, and Supplier Performance Excellence (SPE)

  • Support alignment between indirect and direct sourcing activities where relevant to drive consistency and maximise value delivery

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of best practices within the Regional Strategy & Sourcing team

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, or supply chain, with focus on indirect categories or professional services

  • Experience supporting Spain and/or Southern Europe markets

  • Proven track record in executing complex sourcing initiatives and negotiations

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish

  • Experience with Spanish market practices, regulatory environment, and supplier landscape

  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently while aligning with regional strategy in a matrix organisation

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Analytical mindset with strong organisational and time management capabilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in SAP, ARIBA, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

 

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 11,416 to 14,266 PLN gross per month. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
