As Junior accountant you will perform basic payable functions within our invoice processing systems. You will have contact with vendors and other company personnel regarding the processing of invoices. You will report to Accounts Payable Lead.

You will work in hybrid model with 2 days at office.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure you scan and enter invoices and related support into the system.

  • Process and match purchase order invoices.

  • Monitor and resolve issues within the system supported invoice workflow process.

  • Resolve and escalate invoices requiring further research before posting with the appropriate party, internally or externally.

  • Establish and maintain a positive and productive relationships with internal and external customers.

  • Evaluate opportunities to improve effectiveness in invoice processing.

  • Maintain accounts payable policies and follow other established internal controls within the payables process.

  • Process non-purchase order invoices adhering to company policy and controls.

  • Monitor and follow-up on invoices blocked for payment and release them when needed

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other related field

  • At least 6 months of experience in Finance or Administrative role

  • English language on B2/C1 level

  • Demonstrate exceptional precision and attention to detail

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders with professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion.

  • Maintains focus and efficiency in fast-paced settings, effectively balancing shifting priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.

  • Working knowledge of common MS Office applications such as Excel and Word.

     

 

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 5,166 to 6,450 PLN gross per month.
In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
