Junior Business Analyst - CRM

You will be working as operations resource to support the SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) applications for the Global Markets Commercial Center of Excellence (CCOE).

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the CCOE Support function, ensuring response to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Manage and integrate customer data from multiple platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), SAP, and Power BI, to ensure accurate and comprehensive data reporting.

• Support program management by maintaining Azure DevOps Boards, updating tasks and ensuring accurate progress tracking based on team inputs and working sessions.

• Support CCOE on creation of commercial performance reports (including weekly and monthly reporting) using internal Westinghouse data and customer data, ensuring insights are applicable and support strategic decision-making.

• Administer user requests and manage security access for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Power BI, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and maintaining data integrity.

• Be a techno-functional resource for the CCOE team to enhance operational efficiency.

• Help manage subscription renewals, coordinating with the global shared services team for user management, and supporting cost center allocations with corporate finance. Support tracking the CCOE budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Computer Science or equivalent work experience

• 1+ year of experience on simmilar position

• Familiar with SAP and SAP Business Warehouse 

• Familiar with Customer Relationship Management applications, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or equivalent 

• Experience in work with MS Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps

• Knowledge of financial reporting tools such as BPC, Hyperion

• Highly organized, able to prioritize effectively, manage time well, and balance multiple responsibilities.

• Understanding of data structures and information management

• Delivers timely, results‑oriented work in fast‑moving and deadline‑driven environments.

• Committed to producing accurate, high-quality work

• Effectively adjusts to changing expectations, project shifts, and fast‑moving situations.

• Work in a collaborative team environment to guide organizational success

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 7,333 to 9,133 PLN gross per month. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
