Junior GSS Admin

To strengthen our global Administartion team, we are looking for a Junior Administration Specialist with English.

As GSS Junior Administrator you will:

• Join great, dedicated, and energetic team
• Gain experience in Administration
• Build contact network with colleagues from other company locations

As a part of our team you will be responsible for:

• Providing administrative support for Westinghouse employees
• Managing company documentation
• Organizing meetings and events
• Booking business travel for employees
• Managing SharePoint sites and email distribution lists
• Providing purchasing support

Our requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• English on C1 level
• Commitment to excellence and result orientation
• Communication and presentation skills in international business environment
• Quick adaptation to change
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• High level interpersonal skills, poise, tact, and diplomacy required to handle sensitive and stressful situations
• Previous experience in administration field would be an advantage
• Availability to work on 2nd shift few days per month
