Junior Operational Buyer

To strengthen our Supply Chain Management team, we are looking for experienced candidates for the position of Junior Buyer for our Global Supply Chain Team. Seize this unique opportunity to take an active part in shaping our center and grow together with the developing organization.
 
 
Responsibilities:

• Assist department with Purchase Order issuance and with following up on open orders to ensure that deliveries at on time
• Maintain OTD updates in SAP
• Maintain order confirmation from suppliers, check data correctness and consistency
• Assist department with ASL evaluation and re-evaluation
• Monitor and maintain requests for vendors updates in SAP (review the requests, follow the procedure, collect the requires documents and submit Service Now ticket)
• In partnership with Buyers/Senior Buyers issue RFQs for simple requests (PRs), obtain price quotations
• Provide support with resolving open invoices by Account Payable and Supply Chain
• Provide support the Supply Chain Operations team on business and improvement projects to deliver value-added benefits
• Establish and manage the relationship with partners
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other related documentation;
• Assist department in administrative activities (preparing team charts, reports, data analysis)
   
   

Qualifications:

• BA in Supply Chain, Business or similar
• Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate environment, in operational areas (supply chain, nuclear or technical areas)
• Fluency (written and spoken) in English. One of the following additional languages will be an asset (French, Italian or Spanish).
• Knowledge of Procurement/ Supply Chain Management processes and function will be an asset
• Very good communication and collaboration skills, teamwork, solution orientation
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and proactively identify and solve issues
• Customer focus with good problem solving skills
• Knowledge of SAP, Ariba, Prime and Service Now will be an asset

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 5,166 to 6,450 PLN gross per month.

In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
