The Lead, EMEA HR Administrator leads the HR Shares Services team in EMEA and oversees the customer service operations managed by the HRA team within hrX Case Assist in support of various customers, including employees, managers, HR Business Partners, former employees, and vendors.  The Lead, EMEA HR Administrator serves as a second-level point of contact to resolve escalated items and provides accurate, responsive, and efficient communication to ensure resolution in a timely manner.  


Your Day to Day:

  • Collaborates with COEs to influence effective, efficient, and customer focused services
  • Works with subject matter experts to ensure HR system knowledge base is current and team is adequately trained on any changes
  • Regularly monitors ticket volume and metric reports to monitor performance and trends and adherence to established SLAs
  • Develops and maintains standard operating procedures while continuously seeking process improvement opportunities
  • Ensures a positive work environment, models excellent customer service, identify and recommend areas for improvement, plan and define performance goals with clear objectives
  • Participate in special projects as needed in support of system process improvements and transitions in collaboration with COEs and other stakeholders


Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5 years experience in HR, preferably within HR Operations or Share Service team
  • Experience utilizing HRIS and case management ticketing systems (SAP SuccessFactors and hrX Assist a plus)
  • Knowledge of HR policies, programs, and operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on team building
  • Effective time management and attention to detail
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
