As MS Word Technical Writer – GSS Junior Administrator you will:

As a part of our team you will be responsible for:

  • Converting existing and/or creating new MS Word documents including text formatting, creating, modifying, and filling tables, creating graphs and charts etc. including “fixing” a broken document to comply with a specific (template) requirements.
  • Providing administrative support for Westinghouse employees
  • Managing company documentation
  • Organizing meetings and events
  • Booking business travel for employees
  • Managing SharePoint sites and email distribution lists
  • Providing purchasing support 


Our requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • English on C1 level
  • Very good practical skills of MS Office (especially MS Word)
  • High attention to details
  • Commitment to excellence and result orientation
  • Communication and presentation skills in an international business environment at all hierarchy levels of the organization
  • Embrace and actively manage change
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in internet navigation for information and data gathering
  • High level interpersonal skills, poise, tact, and diplomacy required to handle sensitive and stressful situations
  • Previous experience in administration field would be an advantage
