As a Facility Manager Poland you will work independently while implementing the goals set by the EMEA Facilities Group. You will ensure smooth operation of offices, workshops, and related services. You will coordinate all activities related to facility management, capital improvements, and sites developments, including the opening of new locations.
You will report to the Senior Manager EMEA Real Estate & Facilities.
Responsibilities:
Internal Coordination

Collaborate closely with all internal departments (Finance, Accounting, Procurement, HR, HSE, IT, Security, Business Units) at both local and global levels.

Ensure seamless daily operations and successful delivery of facility‑related projects, including new site openings.
External Relations

Be a primary point of contact for external partners and negotiate on behalf of the company and its Business Units.

Engage with local community groups and local government jurisdictions to comply with request for support
Real Estate Management

Coordinate activities related to leasing: help on property search, negotiations, and management of existing leases.

Ensure full compliance of facilities with local regulations and corporate policies.
Vendor and Contractor Management

Manage all external vendors involved in facility services, maintenance, technical interventions, and workplace services.

Monitor service quality and ensure contract performance.
Safety and Compliance

Provide a safe and compliant working environment for employees, customers, contractors, and visitors.

Work in close collaboration with the HSE Manager to implement regulatory and corporate safety requirements.

Address corrective actions identified as a result of a safety incident or audit that are a result of a facilities concern or affect the facility.
Budget Management

Prepare and monitor site operating budgets. Seek input from service providers on potential costs and spending plans

Develop the annual investment plan, prioritize site needs, optimize costs, and ensure proper asset capitalization. Working closely with the business.
Qualifications:

University degree in Business Administration or Facility Management or Engineering, or Architecture.

Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an international environment.

Good understanding of national real estate laws and leasing regulations.

Knowledge of real estate contract management and facility‑related service contracts.

Working knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical operations specific to office and light industrial environments

High agility and problem‑solving capability.

Strong communication skills, willing to lead meetings, speak openly in a team's environment and express thoughts to support position

Strong sense of priorities

Fluent in English, both spoken and written
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 17,000 to 21,250 PLN gross per month.
In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
