Project Controls Associate

The Associate Project Controls Specialist is responsible for the ongoing development and delivery of SAP tasks for the Global Westinghouse organization. This role is focused on the responsibility to deliver standard data structures across the Global organization and the analysis of WEC business data with strict adherence to established service level agreements.  Candidates will work mobile/hybrid schedule at our Krakow Global Shared Services (GSS) Center.

Your Day to Day:

• Maintain and update data in basic project controls systems
• Review data entered to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Accomplish tasks by completing related results as needed
• Delivery of data entry based on priority adhering to deadlines
• Provide input on data collection that optimize efficiencies and data quality
• Provide input on design and development of a standard set of SAP templates

Who You Are:

• B.A., B.S. in Business or Computer Science   
• Basic knowledge of Westinghouse and the industry
• Excellent communication. Ability to operate effectively in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities, manage time and multi-task
• Ability to show initiative, good judgment, and resourcefulness
• Detail oriented with a problem-solving mindset and ability to meet deadlines and be results oriented
• Desire to produce accurate, high-quality work with attention to details
• Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing project needs in evolving situation
• Basic knowledge of SAP PS, MS Office, and other software packages is a plus
