To strengthen our global Administartion team, we are looking for a Receptionist - GSS Junior Admin. 

 

As a Receptionist/GSS Junior Admin you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining the reception area in a professional and efficient state
  • Managing office access control
  • Providing administrative support for visitors – check in, badges, catering, taxi, etc.
  • Maintaining office correspondence circulation
  • Managing office supplies
  • Cooperating with security, cleaning services, facility team and other departments
  • Providing administrative support for Westinghouse employees/teams
  • Organizing meetings and events
  • Providing administrative support for company documentation flow (invoices, expenses, etc.) including electronic document management systems
  • Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data

 

Our requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • English on C1 level
  • Very good practical skills of MS Office (especially MS Word)
  • High attention to details
  • Commitment to excellence and result orientation
  • Communication and presentation skills in an international business environment at all hierarchy levels of the organization
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in internet navigation for information and data gathering
  • High level interpersonal skills, poise, tact, and diplomacy required to handle sensitive and stressful situations
