Location: Poland (Remote in Country)

 

Day to Day:

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition, the Recruiter is responsible for all day-to-day recruitment responsibilities of a defined subject matter or function including: 

  • Managing and overseeing full life cycle recruiting and hiring top talent globally for more than 19 countries for both internal and external candidates
  • Proactively identifying and recruiting passive job seekers. 
  • Finding and attracting qualified candidates by using sourcing techniques, posting, and reviewing active applications.
  • Evaluating and qualifying candidates by conducting telephone interviews according to identified qualification standards.
  • Entering and tracking candidate data in various electronic systems and running standard reports as needed.
  • Maintaining effective, ongoing relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, in addition to candidates who are in between assignments.
  • Providing consultation to internal customers on market conditions, hiring trends, and external competition. 
  • Promoting and partnering with hiring managers, HR partners and HR COEs to develop and implement successful candidate sourcing and recruitment strategies. 
  • Demonstrating a high-level knowledge of various local employment laws and regulations  
  • Help manage talent acquisition systems, processes, and policies across Westinghouse Business Units. 
  • Serving as a senior representative of talent acquisition in meetings with internal customers and hiring managers. 
  • Championing newly implemented changes and recruitment strategies throughout the organization. 
  • Providing guidance and support to in-country HR Generalists supporting recruitment activities. 

 

  

Who You Are:
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Recruiter and/or Talent Sourcer (either an in-house, RPO, or staffing agency).  Nuclear Industry experience preferred.
  • Fluent French speaker with communicative level of English.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially stakeholder management, and managing expectations.
  • A proven track record of successful recruiting results. 
  • Success at creating and executing complex recruitment strategies and techniques. 
  • A solid understanding of recruiting metrics and how they drive performance. 
  • Experience with numerous sourcing techniques, including social media. 
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and facilitate interview stakeholders through the interview, selection and hiring process. 
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (preferably SAP Success Factors). 
  • Demonstrated strength in communication, negotiation, and organization skills. 
  • A team player mentality with solid collaboration skills 
  • Be available to work a 2nd Shift schedule (2 PM EST – 10 PM EST) to support US Hiring Managers preferred.
