SAP Analyst-Mfg, Plant Applications

The SAP Analyst – MFG, Plant Applications will manage the Fiori applications. You will also review Fiori design and code, troubleshoot issues, and co-ordinate with other Fiori developers and functional resources. The goal is to meet internal customer demands within our multi-system landscape. Under the direction of the SAP Supervisor - MFG, Plant Applications, the Analyst will learn to evaluate our needs. The Analyst will also implement best practices, and implement resilient solutions following a system development lifecycle using additional SAP products (e.g. SOLMAN/CHARM).

The SAP Analyst – MFG, Plant Applications is and individual with strong technical skills, clear communication abilities, and the motivation to solve complex challenges effectively. The SAP Analyst – MFG, Plant Applications will have prior development experience with SAP Fiori/ABAP. We will present them with the opportunity to further develop their expertise with the SAP MM/PP/PM/QM modules.

The SAP Analyst – MFG, Plant Applications role is administrative and will provide configuration, support and integration services within the Westinghouse SAP MFG, Plant Applications team.

This is a POLAND ONLY Remote or Mobile Role.

Responsibilities:

• Under the guidance of SAP Supervisor – MFG, Plant Applications, I manage and troubleshoot Fiori applications. I also research and test, working with functional resources to meet the defined business need. Additionally, I follow a prescribed schedule for production changes.

• Accomplish assigned work within defined scope, standards, and timelines, escalating issues to the supervisor as identified.

• Complete required functional, technical, design, and change management documentation for assigned changes.

• Follow the defined SAP system development lifecycle (SDLC) to intake, design, configure, test, document, and implement solutions.

• Follow Westinghouse SAP change management processes, cybersecurity policies, and established standards and controls.

• Develop working knowledge of assigned SAP modules and their main integrations and touchpoints.

• Collaborate with partners, SAP IT team members, IT, and external partners to provide assigned solutions and services.

• Participate in team meetings, project work, training, and multiple planning activities to support continuous improvement projects.

• Follow SAP best practices and Westinghouse standards in assigned work.

• Maintain standards and administration documentation as directed.

• Perform support activities to meet defined SLA targets for customer satisfaction and cycle time.

• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions under guidance.

• Accomplish project tasks using established project management methodologies and documentation standards.

• Follow Westinghouse standards and controls within your responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• +2 years of development SAP Fiori / ABAP / UI5 development experience.

• Either SAP implementation project experience or demonstrated experience building responsive UIs using SAP Fiori /UI5/ JSON / JavaScript /HTML5 /CSS .

• Knowledge of OData service creation / consumption, SAP Gateway, SAP Netweaver and REST-based web services.

• Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform(BTP) extensions

• Experience with barcoding applications and mobile applications

• Ability to collect, organize and analyze information

• Experience at work with other resources to troubleshoot issues/failures

• Experience creating job aids and other documentation

• Accomplish work on-time, on-budget and to spec

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Experience with SAP development processes (change control, job scheduling, development methodologies, system landscape, application development, and back-up and recovery)
  
  

Nice to have: 

• Experience with organizational change management principles is a plus
• Experience with MM/PP/QM/PM/ PERSONAS/ Enterprise Portal is a plus
• Experience with MM/PP/QM/PM interfaces and cross-modular integration is a plus.
• Experience with export regulations such as ITAR, EAR, and the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty is a plus.
• Experience in the nuclear or controlled material industry is a plus.Experience with S/4 HANA is a plus

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 9,250 to 11,600 PLN gross per month. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
