SAP Lead - Manufacturing, Plant Applications

The SAP Lead – MFG, Plant Applications will be responsible for configuration, implementation, and support of Plant maintenance and quality management within our multi-system landscape. You will need to have a detailed understanding of all aspects of SAP PM/QM, including Multi-Resource Scheduling (MRS), Capacity Planning, Serialization. You will be part of the Krakow team and work in hybrid model.
Responsibilities:

Manage all change requests across SAP PM/QM, partnering with Business Process Owners and the SAP COE to prioritize work and assign testers.

Lead workshops to define global requirements; develop blueprints, process flows, document decisions, and functional specifications according to SAP best practices and Westinghouse standards

Partner with SAP Architects, peer SAP Process Leads, Security, BASIS, and partners to design solutions.

Design and implement system changes while reviewing designs for export control and compliance risks.

Perform and oversee configuration, unit testing, and integration testing for all enhancements and system changes (including ad-hoc query/reports). Record all testing per Westinghouse standards.

Ensure adherence to compliance, export control, data privacy, and data migration standards.

Complete and maintain all required solution documentation in ChaRM, Solution Manager

Develop initial training materials, collaborate with the SAP Testing & Training team for further editing, and transition final materials for them to deliver training

Responsible for knowledge transfer to the SAP support team for new system functionality

Engage directly with users to resolve issues, improve system usage, and support escalations from the SAP support team. You will be responsible for issue resolution during hypercare.

Provide process guidance based on expertise and best practices; offer backup support across other SAP modules.

Lead small SAP projects and enhancements, coordinating with SAP development/BASIS/Security and other technical teams to provide an on-budget, and on-spec delivery.

Support cutover planning, go-live preparation, and evaluate impacts of new SAP functionality.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
-
5+ years of SAP functional experience with SAP Plant Maintenance / Quality management modules (PM / QM)
-
Hands-on configuration and user experience in SAP Plant Maintenance / Quality management modules (PM / QM).
-
Expertise in PM master data, maintenance orders, notifications, task lists, maintenance plans, maintenance order scheduling, serialization, BOMs, and calibration.

Expertise in core QM area – inspection lot, control keys, inspection plans, master data, MICs, sampling, QM procurement and production, QM orders, Quality notification (QN), QN workflow.

Experience with PP / QM / MM / PM integration points.

Experience working with technical teams.

Experience with Multi-resource scheduling (MRS).

Experience with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, service entry sheet.

Knowledge of SAP security roles as it pertains to SAP Plant Maintenance / Quality management modules (PM / QM).

Optional experience with MM/AM/PP/CS/Fiori.
-
Optional experience with export regulations such as ITAR, EAR, and the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty.

Optional experience in the nuclear or controlled material industry.

Debugging skills to resolve deep seated technical issues.

Experience with SAP development procedures (change control, job scheduling, development methodologies, system landscape, application development, and back-up and recovery)

Optional experience with S/4 HANA.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 13,900 to 17,350 PLN gross per month. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
