SAP Process Lead- Invoicing

The SAP Process Lead– Invoicing will be responsible for configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Billing with e-Invoicing within our multi-system landscape. You will need to have a detailed understanding of all aspects of SAP SD with FI integration, with a heavy emphasis on SD Billing with e-Invoicing. This is a role based in Poland, you will work in hybrid model at Krakow office.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all change requests across SD, as it relates to billing and invoicing, partnering with Business Process Owners and the SAP COE to prioritize work and assign testers.

• Lead workshops to analyze global requirements; develop blueprints, process flows, main decisions, and functional specifications according to SAP best practices and Westinghouse standards

• Partner with SAP Architects, peer SAP Process Leads, Security, BASIS, and partners to design solutions with care for SAP best practices and company standards.

• Design and implement system changes while reviewing designs for export control and compliance risks.

• Perform and oversee configuration, unit testing, and integration testing for all enhancements and system changes (including ad-hoc query/reports). Record all testing per Westinghouse standards.

• Ensure adherence to compliance, export control, data privacy, and data migration standards.

• Complete and maintain all required solution documentation in ChaRM and Solution Manager, such as process flows.

• Develop initial training materials, collaborate with the SAP Testing & Training team for further editing, and transition final materials for them to deliver training

• Responsible for knowledge transfer to the SAP support team for new system functionality

• Engage directly with users to resolve issues, improve system usage, and support escalations from the SAP support team. Will be responsible for issue resolution during hyper care.

• Provide process guidance based on expertise and best practices; offer backup support across other SAP modules.

• Lead small SAP projects and enhancements, coordinating with SAP development/BASIS/Security and other technical teams to provide an on-time, on-budget, on-spec delivery.

• Support cutover planning, go-live preparation, and evaluate impacts of new SAP functionality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of SAP functional experience with SAP Sales and Distribution Billing with Customer Master, Material Master, and Tax emphasis

• At least 3 Full Cycle SD with E-Invoicing Implementation with hands-on EDOC configuration with collaboration with (Cloud) DRC

• Hands-on configuration and user experience in SAP Sales and Distribution

• Experience with billing, complex billing within EMEA including tax rules and electronic invoicing (EDI or similar).

• Experience in SmartForm and output control.

• Knowledge of SAP security roles as it pertains to SD and SOX compliance.

• Experience with Resource Related Billing.

• Experience with Vertex or other tax engine.

• Experience with export regulations such as ITAR, EAR, and the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty

• Experience troubleshooting and remediating challenging system or process failures

• Experience with SAP development processes (change control, job scheduling, development methodologies, system landscape, application development, and back-up and recovery).

• Availability to travel around 10% of the time during the year.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 13,916 to 17,350 PLN gross per month. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
