SAP Training Analyst

As a SAP Training Analyst, you will be presented with an opportunity to facilitate analysis of training needs and development of training programs/materials by partnering with Business Process Owners (BPOs). The SAP Training Analyst will also learn to utilize EnableNow to create and update training materials.
You will report to the SAP Supervisor - Operations and be located at Cranberry Township, PA. This is a hybrid position with 2 days remote.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain SAP processes and procedures related to training.

Maintain the training tool, EnableNow, by handling administrative, maintenance and support tasks.

Oversee migration of existing training materials to new version of EnableNow.

Identification of needs and design of training programs that align with our needs by coordinating activities with Business Process Owners.

Help create training materials like manuals, e-learning modules and videos by coordinating activities with Business Process Owners.

Help deliver training by coordinating activities with Business Process Owners.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback and identify areas for improvement and provide to Business Process Owners for incorporation into future training.

Maintain open communications with our users through hypercare and ensure adoption of processes post go-live.

Follow the Westinghouse SAP change management model, cybersecurity polices and other Westinghouse standards.

Collaborate with Westinghouse partners, other SAP team members, IT and other teams, and external partners to provide high quality deliverables and services.

As a member of the larger SAP team, participate in team meetings, training and planning cycles to foster an environment of continuous improvement.

Follow all Westinghouse cybersecurity best practices to maintain a hardened environment.

Maintain standards documentation for administering SAP modules.

Complete support activities to achieve targets of customer satisfaction and cycle time.

Complete root cause analysis for repetitive issues to prevent future occurrences.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.

1 to 3 years experience prior experience with any SAP business modules

Prior experience with training tools and methodologies
-
Ability to collect, organize and analyze information
-
Ability to work with other resources to troubleshoot issues/failures.

Documentation skills and ability to create training and job aide material

Complete work on time and within budget

Provide high-quality support within set standards
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $69,200 to $85,500 per year.
