Senior Data Analyst – EHS&S supports the Corporate Environment, Health, Safety, & Sustainability (EHS&S) organization through data management, analytics, and system administration. You will manage important datasets within the enterprise EHS&S software platform and associated systems, including Corrective Action Program (CAP), Global Executive Reporting (GER), and Cority. It ensures the quality, integrity, and accessibility of EHS&S information. The Senior Data Analyst transforms data into applicable insights that improve organizational safety, environmental performance, health, sustainability, and compliance programs. This role partners closely with Corporate and Department EHS&S leadership. It also partners with site-level EHS team members. The partnerships enable data-driven decision-making, help implement new digital tools, and enhance reporting, and overall system effectiveness across the company. You will operate independently while managing responsibilities and results.
Responsibilities:
Data Management & EHS&S System Administration
- Maintain data quality for the EHS&S software application including incident data, environmental and sustainability metrics, risk assessments, action items, and other datasets.
- Administer user access and permissions across the EHS&S software system to ensure accuracy, security, and role alignment.
- Serve as the first contact for EHS data questions and support requests from site EHS team members.
Training, Communication & User Support
- Develop and deliver training materials and user guidance for EHS software platform, ensuring global user adoption and use.
- Respond to ad-hoc inquiries, troubleshoot user issues, and promote best practices.
- Coordinate the distribution of EHS&S Lessons Learned across the organization.
System Implementation & Continuous Improvement
- Support global roll-out and implementation of the new enterprise EHS&S software platform.
- Partner with Corporate EHS&S to identify system enhancements and process improvements.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and publish recurring EHS&S performance reports for executive leadership and team members.
- Build and refine dashboards (EHS&S software system and Power BI) and data tools that enhance visibility, accuracy, and usability of EHS&S metrics.
- Analyze reactive and proactive EHS&S data to ensure data quality and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Audit & Compliance Support
- Support internal EHS&S audit data requests by ensuring accurate and timely data availability.
Collaboration
- Foster strong working relationships with Corporate and site EHS&S teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics or similar roles. Preference given to experience in the EHS&S field.
- EHS certifications are a plus. These include the NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC), IOSH Managing Safely, and IOSH professional memberships such as TechIOSH, GradIOSH, and CMIOSH. Additionally, EurOSHM (European Occupational Safety & Health Manager) and EurOSHT certifications are a plus
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency with Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft tools (including PowerPoint).
- Experience with SQL, Python, or advanced analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Understanding of EU EHS legal and regulatory requirements. USA legal and regulatory requirements is a plus.perience with EHS platforms such as Cority, Enablon, VelocityEHS, or Intelex.
- Availability to support U.S. Eastern Time Zone business hours.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 11,416 o 14,266 PLN gross per month.
In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
