You will be part of the Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) organization within IT, reporting to the I&O Delivery and Process Manager. You will support the design, development, and maintenance of automation solutions. These solutions improve system efficiency, reliability, and scalability of IT infrastructure and operational processes. Working with infrastructure, operations, and architecture teams, you will identify automation opportunities, reduce manual effort, and enhance service reliability through scripting, orchestration, and automated remediation.

 

You will report to the I&O Delivery and Process Manager and be located at Krakow office. You will work in hybrid model with 2 days at office.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Automation Engineering

    • Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows, scripts, and tools such as Morpheus, Ansible, PowerShell, Power Automate, Python, Terraform, or similar technologies.

    • Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

    • Develop automated provisioning, configuration, compliance, and remediation capabilities.

    • Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives and automation standards.

    Infrastructure Operations Support and Event Monitoring

    • Automate operational activities across the Infrastructure and Operations environments.

    • Collaborate with teams to improve service reliability and operational consistency.

    • Develop and maintain automated event monitoring and remediation solutions by integrating monitoring platforms with automation tools and continuously improving operational performance.

    Continuous Improvement

    • Analyze operational issues and recurring incidents to identify automation opportunities.

    • Improve operational processes through standardization and automation.

    • Contribute to service resilience, availability, and recovery readiness objectives.

    • Measure and report on automation outcomes and operational improvements.

    Collaboration and Governance

    • Document automation processes, standards, and operational procedures.

    • Ensure automation solutions comply with security, audit, and operational requirements.

    • Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to team members.

    Support project delivery and operational priorities as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • BS in Information Systems or similar degree or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, DevOps, automation engineering, or related technical roles

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Apps

  • Experience at scripting using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages.

  • Experience across variety of enterprise platforms such as Windows, Linux, Backup, Storage, and Network environments.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (VMWare, Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes).

  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability platforms such as ServiceNow Event Management, Splunk, SolarWinds, SCOM, or similar tools.

  • Understanding of ITIL-based operational processes.

  • Experience implementing auto-remediation and self-healing infrastructure solutions.

  • Troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with automation/orchestration tools such as Morpheus, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or equivalents

 

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 11,416 to 14,266 PLN gross per month. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
