Senior Financial Analyst

About the role:

As a Senior Financial Analyst you will perform financial analysist responsibilities for APX Supply Chain.

You will report to the Finance Manager, APX Supply Chain and be located in Poland or in Spain.

Model of work: hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily financial support to the finance manager and operational staff for overall tower level targets
• Monitor tower level forecast to ensure it meets budget and milestones, report variances and recommend solutions
• Support APX SC leadership with overseeing major project activities:

        o Lead the consolidation of individual tower actuals and forecasts

        o Provide overview of variances and drivers by project for the APX Supply Chain scope

        o Support with presentation materials on APX Supply Chain financials

        o Partner with project controls to monitor its budget and milestones

        o Communicating variances and recommended solutions back to SC Tower leadership team along with risk and opportunities, and project status.

• Support project budgeting and cash flow for startup projects, working with APX Project Controller:

        o Supports project team to ensure that cost baselines are established for integration into the project Earned Value Measurement system

        o Collaborates with project team to help identify financial impact to forecasted cost

• Suggest improvement in project processes, present ideas to project managers and Finance, manage changes in the project management cycle
• Support monthly closing by preparing journal entries, analyzing financial results, analysis of main variances and business trends
• Support preparation and delivery of the annual 5-year business plan

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (or equivalent)
• 5+ year of experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role
• Experience taking full personal ownership of tasks and delivering with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in reporting systems
• Be trained on or familiar with project administration software and processes
• Communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 11,416 to 14,266 PLN gross per month. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.

If you will be located in another location, the gross base salary range will be dependent upon experience, qualifications, skills and local pay structures.
