As a Senior PPM Operations & Data Engineer is responsible for the administration, support, governance, and continuous improvement of our Microsoft Project Server / Project Online environment. You will support project managers, project controllers, resource managers, and business leaders by ensuring the platform is reliable, secure, and aligned with PMO standards.

It also develops reporting solutions, automates business processes, and supports technical integrations that improve portfolio visibility, data quality.

You will report to Sr. Manager, Systems & Analytics. You will work in hybrid model - 2 day per week in the office.

 

Responsibilities:

PPM Administration & Governance

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Project Server / Project Online, Microsoft Project Professional, and Project Web App (PWA).

  • Configure and maintain enterprise project types, workflows, custom fields, lookup tables, enterprise calendars, security permissions, and resource pools.

  • Manage system enhancements, upgrades, testing, releases, and issue resolution.

  • Provide user support, training materials, user guides, and guidance on PMO standards.

  • Monitor portfolio data quality and support compliance with project and portfolio governance requirements.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop Power BI dashboards, portfolio reports, scorecards, and Indicators.

  • Analyze portfolio, schedule, resource, and financial performance information. Support executive reporting, periodic portfolio reviews, and management decision-making.

Automation & Technical Integration

  • Design Power Automate workflows that improve PMO processes.

  • Develop and support Power Apps solutions for project and portfolio management activities.

  • Support integrations among Microsoft Project Server, SharePoint, Power BI, SAP, and other enterprise systems.

  • Use SQL and Python for reporting, data validation, and process automation.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement and implementation of new digital capabilities.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with PMO, IT, Finance, Project Controls, and partners.

  • Maintain system and process documentation and stay current with relevant PPM practices and Microsoft technologies.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related discipline

  • 2–5 years of experience administering Microsoft Project Server or Project Online in a PMO, SPMO, Project Controls, or Portfolio Management environment

  • 2+ years of experience developing Power BI reports and supporting business process automations.

  • Understanding of project scheduling, resource management, and portfolio governance practices.

  • Knowledge of cost controlling (with SAP) and risk management (with ARM)

  • Microsoft Project Server / Project Online, Microsoft Project Professional, and Project Web App (PWA)

  • SharePoint and Microsoft Teams

  • Power BI, DAX, Power Query,

  • Power Automate and Power Apps

  • SQL and Python for reporting, data validation, and automation

  • Working knowledge of REST APIs and enterprise-system integration

 

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 11,416 to 14,266 PLN gross per month. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
