As a Senior Project Controls Specialist - Schedule you will develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules to support planning, forecasting, and project execution. You will ensure the application of standardized scheduling practices, accurate schedule reporting, and compliance with project controls requirements. You will work with GSSC teams, project schedulers, and planners to increase schedule quality, standardization, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization. Additionally, you will provide broader project controls support through cost related scope, reporting, analysis, governance, and process improvement projects.

 

You will report to the Project Controls Team Leader and be located at Kraków. You will work in a hybrid model, with two days per week spent in the office.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update project schedules and project controls data in systems such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, SAP, and other project management tools.

  • Complete schedule-related requests and deliverables from Project Managers and other partners.

  • Analyze and review schedule data to support quality and compliance to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with project controls standards.

  • Perform schedule analysis, planning reviews, progress assessment, forecasting, and variance analysis to support project performance monitoring.

  • Prepare schedule performance reports, dashboards, and project controls metrics for project teams and ad hoc schedule analyses.

  • Support the development and continuous improvement of scheduling governance by maintaining standardized procedures, advancing enterprise scheduling practices, and leading workshops to enhance partner engagement and compliance.

  • Participate in internal audits and quality reviews, including reviewing and validating the work of junior schedulers and project controls professionals.

  • Mentor team members on scheduling principles, tools, and project controls best practices, including preparation and delivery of internal training sessions. Support team leaders.

  • Implement continuous improvement projects by identifying process gaps, implementing solutions.

  • Act as a subject matter expert for complex scheduling and planning issues, providing recommendations and support

  • Foster a collaborative environment through knowledge sharing, partner engagement, and teamwork.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Engineering

  • 3+ years of experience in financial processes or project controls

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP

  • Encourage collaboration and agreement across diverse teams and team member groups.

  • Leverage analytical insight to drive quality outcomes, ensure accuracy, and meet internal goals.

  • Respond to changing requirements while identifying opportunities to improve processes and guide efficiency.

  • Demonstrate an ownership mindset and a strong sense of accountability, applying business insight and project control knowledge to accomplish strategic outcomes

 

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 11,416 to 14,266 PLN gross per month. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
