Supply Chain Operations Team Lead

To strengthen our Supply Chain Management team, we are looking for experienced candidates for the position Supply Chain Operations Team Lead. Seize this unique opportunity to take an active part in shaping our new GBS centre and grow together with the developing organization.

You will manage a team of Buyers and Senior Buyers that will provide procurement services globally for Westinghouse.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and mentor a team of supply chain professionals consisting of Buyers and Senior Buyers

• Conduct the performance management process working with Employees to develop, monitor, and review Employees work performance

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of the team

• Monitor the team's activities to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and supports both internal and external customers

• Manage quality of delivery and service level agreements that meet the needs of the Departments

• Monitor metrics for the team's performance and meeting goals

• Report activities and track indicators

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure that a professional manner is maintained with customers

• Monitor internal procurement systems and processes and ensure compliance across the organization.

• Develop and maintain close working relationships with internal and external contacts as appropriate

• Analyze, identify and address important issues within the team and report team results and manage change proactively

Qualifications:

• BA in Supply Chain, Business or similar

• 5 years supply chain experience, experience managing a team will be an advantage

• Ability to lead a team of personnel by providing leadership, assistance and advice

• Fluency (written and spoken) in English required and a written and spoken fluency in (French,Spanish, Italian) preferred. Language ability is critical when working with suppliers and company partners.

• Knowledge of SAP for the day-to-day management of resource management, time reporting and expense reporting.

• Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills required

• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills

• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and proactively identify and solve issues

• Experience in making decisions

• Demonstrated leadership ability and teamwork

• Proficient use of SAP, ARIBA, Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and PowerPoint is desirable

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 11,416 to 14,266 PLN gross per month. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
