Join our amazing Global Talent Acquisition Team as a true team player responsible for building relationships with universities across EMEA and managing the entire process of hiring early talent to drive our business forward!

 

 

This role is a great opportunity for a Candidate who wants to create the university relations strategy for the region. This includes identifying partner schools, development of university events calendars and specific engagements, partnership with student organizations and even possible travel for university events as the brand ambassador for Westinghouse representing our company,  our values and culture.

About the role:

 

Hiring:

 

  • Managing and overseeing full life cycle interns recruiting. Ensure it is effective, simple and smooth.
  • Co-owning with regional and global Talent Acquisition leadership team early talent recruitment plans for EMEA countries.
  • Proactively identifying and attracting qualified Candidates by attending both on-line and on-site career fairs, networking events, and other university-related activities, posting, and reviewing active applications.
  • Training hiring managers and local Westinghouse employees on career fair attendance
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including resume screening, phone and on-line interviewing, and offer delivery.
  • Creating a fantastic Candidate and Hiring Manager experience, building long-term relationships.

 

Building relations:

 

  • Co-create and execute a plan for university talent acquisition, focusing on technical universities across Europe.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including university career centers, faculty, and student organizations.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team members, hiring managers  and other HR COEs to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment plans for university students.
  • Providing talent insights and recommendations to internal customers, both business and HR, on talent market, hiring trends, and external competition. 
  • Involving Hiring Managers, Engineers and HR COEs in various talent acquisition activities focused on attracting Candidates to create talent pipelines.

 

 

EMEA talent acquisition improvements:

  • Championing newly implemented changes and recruitment strategies throughout the organization.
  • Create engaging employer branding materials tailored to university students.

 

 

 

 

Who You Are:
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

 

  • Passion for talent acquisition and a genuine interest in helping students launch their careers in the tech industry.
  • 2+ years’ experience as a successful Talent Acquisition Partner focused on early talent (either an in-house, RPO, or staffing agency).  Tech/Engineering recruiting experience is preferred.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage with university stakeholders and students.
    • Very good presentation skills.
    • Willingness to travel occasionally to attend university events and other networking events.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
