About the role:
As a Project Controls Associate you will assist with cost controls and schedule for various projects on Welding and Industrial Projects team. You will report to the Director of Outage Work Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set-up projects in SAP
- Create baseline budgets in SAP using data from the Project Managers
- Update baseline budgets with regards to revenue, cost and direct gross margins
- Set-up employee and billable rates, job codes, personnel assignments for field projects
- Project closure for financial forecast and financials
- Generate request to set-up vendors on the Approved Supplier List (ASL)
- Generate requisitions and assist procurement with purchase order issuance, tracking, invoice matching, and closure
- Assist SAP Coordinator with aligning SAP inventory transactions (goods issued, goods received, etc.) to appropriate cost centers and project networks
- Assist Operations and Finance with forecasting and End of Month (EOM) reporting
- Willingness to travel greater than 20% of the time and spend 1-2 weeks away from home at a time
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4 years of experience with SAP, Project Controls, Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 55,379.11 to $72,007.69 per year.
