PRA Engineer

General Job Function

Probabilistic Risk Assessment (P.R.A.) Engineering work for EMEA/US/Asia Customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

Perform engineering evaluations related to risk.

Modeling of internal and external events, including fire and flooding events, low power and shutdown modes of operation.

Utilize models to provide nuclear power plant operators the necessary insight to make operational, financial and regulatory decisions.

Support project teams effectively contributing to the technical execution as well as the schedule and financial objectives

Up to 10% Travel availability to international customers including Europe, US, North America and Asia

Requirements

Engineering Master degree, or equivalent

1 to 5 years experience

Knowledge of PRA tool Risk Spectrum and NUREG / CR-6850 would be a plus.

Strong technical interest, predisposition for multi-tasking, flexibility, understanding of project priorities and teamwork abilities required.

Fluent in English with proven reporting skills
