As a Commercial Operations Lead, you will support the Outage and Maintenance Services (OMS) business unit, across the US, Europe and Asia. OMS provides inspection, maintenance and repair services to nuclear power plants. You will support our commercial operations executive team by assisting with data analysis, process optimization, and administrative tasks.

 

You will report to the Director, OMS Commercial Performance, Pricing & Sales Operations, and be located at our Cranberry Township, PA location. This position is eligible for a mobile working arrangement with 2 days per week in the office.

This role enables data-driven decision-making across OMS through business planning, OE forecasting, KPI reporting, and strategic pricing. It supports insight development and tools that improve commercial performance and operational efficiency.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyze commercial data to generate insights and inform strategic actions
  • Support business planning, OE forecasting, and KPI reporting to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Support continuous improvement across the OMS Sales & Commercial organization to optimize operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis – Prepare analysis to generate actionable insights for Sales Leadership’s strategic planning and execution.
  • Sales Operations & Forecasting – Support OE and revenue forecasting, and ensure timely, accurate updates in the Opportunity Pipeline review process.
  • Business Performance Reporting – Collaborate with OMS Sales Leadership to produce and distribute key business performance reports (e.g., MBR, QBR).
  • LOA Process Support – Provide administrative support for the OMS LOA process, including coordination of weekly Approval Hub meetings and liaison with the PMO.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives – Support initiatives that improve productivity and streamline processes across OMS Sales & Commercial functions.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience

    • Equivalent Combination of education and experience will be considered
