We are looking for a Lead Engineer for the Reactor Components Upgrades and Modifications (RCUMP) team, based out of the Waltz Mill site in Madison, PA. This individual will be responsible for managing RCUMP engineering resources and design projects.
Your Day to Day:
- Manage day to day equipment maintenance activities
- Oversee Work Order Program
- Develop/Manage Preventative Maintenance Program
- Facilities/Maintenance Efficiences
- Manage Equipment Turnaround Procedures
- Refurb Technician Prioritization (day to day)
- Manage Sustaining Program w/ Product Manager
- Fixed Asset Program
- Maintenance Budget Planning
- Equipment Turnaround Planning
- Equipment Improvement Plans
Who You Are:
- Bachelors degree in an Engineering related discipline required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an engineer leading and directing moderate to high complexity projects.
- 6-10 years of experience as a tooling design engineer in a role such as a nuclear power plant preferred.

- Advanced interpersonal skills such as the ability to develop and present internal and external presentations, effective verbal and written communications, ability to operate and lead within complex team structures and multi-cultural teams, able to analyze problems, establish facts, and make complex decisions with little to no supervision.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Inventor 3D modeling software.
- Expected to successfully complete assigned training in Westinghouse Systems, Procedures, and Policies applicable to assignments.
- Broad technical knowledge of nuclear power plants. Familiarity with utility business practices including knowledge of utility operations, maintenance and engineering practices, knowledge of procurement processes and material management are desirable but not mandatory. For international projects, knowledge of local business practices and contracting.
