As an Outage Program Management Lead, you will support a major business transformation initiative within Americas Outage & Maintenance Services (AOMS). You will provide direct support ongoing transformation initiatives ensuring coordination, reporting, and execution of critical work in progress. Also, you will oversee the execution of important business process activities including by not limited to; Training & Outreach, Prevailing Wage Reporting, Key Performance Indicator reporting and business process system enhancement tracking. You will help drive process improvement, streamline tools and templates, and promote a culture of learning and operational excellence. You will also provide oversight of the outage program management team consisting of 4 to 5 resources of various levels of seniority. You will report to the Director of AOMS Transformation and will be located at our Waltz Mill facility in Madison, PA.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring accurate and timely processing of prevailing wage reporting

Overseeing the Training & Outreach team providing development and communication of playbooks, user guides and ongoing outreach to field personnel in support of business process enhancements

Continue the launch and stand-up of the Field Service Resource Planning tool in support of the Generation Support Services business segment

Partner with workstream leads to track, prioritize, and resolve critical work in progress.

Coordinate dependencies and surface cross-functional risks and blockers.

Maintain dashboards, action trackers, and program-level status reporting.

Evaluate and improve PMO tools, templates, and workflows to enhance efficiency.

Identify and recommend best practices for project delivery and governance.

Support documentation of SOPs, playbooks, and process improvement initiatives.

Facilitate retrospectives, lessons learned, and continuous improvement feedback loops.

Promote adoption of transformation goals, operating rhythms, and agile behaviors.

Support training and onboarding efforts for new team members and stakeholders.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting to leadership on milestones, risks, and KPIs.

Help enforce program governance and facilitate workstream health reviews.

Prepare materials for steering committee meetings and executive updates.
Qualifications:
-
5+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or transformation roles
-
Bachelor Degree or equivalent
-
Equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered

Proficiency in project tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with change management and continuous improvement practices
