Principal Analyst, OSS

About the role:

As a Principal Analyst on our Outage and Support Services (OSS) team, you will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to trace the Book to Bill lifecycle systems, data, and processes. You will ensure 9114's and all related project inputs and downstream outputs are accurate.

You will report to the OSS Manager. This position is based out of our Cranberry Township, PA facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced oversight of Bid to Bank related functionality, including the access and review of Sales Orders and Releases, creation and management of Project Systems.
• Lead facilitator of CATS payroll resolution.
• Provide score card and load board creation and support for MMC sites
• Facilitate cross charge and reverse cross charge
• Invoicing reconciliation and support
• Liaison analytics with rate management and union finance (dues, deductions, fringe benefits, base wage factors, shift premiums, grievance pay)
• Performing Root cause analysis / problem solving
• Troubleshooting and resolving EP1 systems and process issues according to SLAs and business requirements.
• Active engagement across partner teams (Recruiting, HRIS, Payroll, Invoicing, Labor Relations, Change Management, & IT)
• Lead testing activities for 9114 related SAP Mods/Enhancements
• Lead Team support - foster a collaborative environment by being approachable, supportive, and willing to share knowledge and resources which include mentoring and peer checking Analyst/Sr. Analyst resources as needed.
• Work closely with the Manager of OSS

Qualifications:

• B.A, B.S or equivalent business experience
• 7+ years of working experience
• Expert understanding of the SAP Bid to Bank workflow (i.e. CRM, contract setup elements, cost accumulation, reconciliation, invoicing)
• Advanced background in data management
• Experience working in a support organization (shared services, help desk, triage, ticketing)
• Highly Experienced in PHX, D365, ADP Inquiry
• Advanced in SAP Bid to Bank, Excel, PowerBI, ServiceNow
• Advanced experience in Project Controls

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $103,200.00 to $129,000.00 per year.
