As a Training and Outreach Coordinator, you will assist with the development, coordination, and implementation of training and outreach programs within AOMS for site administration across multiple business segments. Your role will involve the execution of training and outreach activities, including Outage Training Camps, Field Connections Calls and ad-hoc learning and communication needs. You will be an experienced individual contributor with an understanding of training methodologies.
You will report to the Training and Outreach Manager and be located at our Waltz Mill facility in Madison, PA. You will be expected on site 2-3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:

Create training and outreach materials as identified in the strategy and plan

Facilitate training sessions and related workshops

Collaborate across business segments to optimize services and processes to support seasonal Outages

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and communication methods and resources through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make recommendations about how to improve outcomes.

Provide regular status reporting to the Training & Outreach Manager

Execute all logistics activities connected to AOMS Training and Outreach events
Qualifications:
-
2+ years of experience
-
Bachelor Degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or equivalent

Understanding of the SAP Bid to Bank workflow

Experience with processes, application, assessment, and design, as needed to drive efficiency and effectiveness of the Bid to Bank process.

Experience with training methodologies and best practices.

Proficiency in using training software and tools, including e-learning platforms and development technology
