AP1000 Project Development Engineer I

About the role:

As a AP1000 Project Development Engineer you will contribute to nuclear power plant design topics to support new build market development internationally, working with the design team to help fulfill licensing requirements and the development of licensing strategies to project and regulatory challenges. 

You will report to the Project Engineering Manager and be located at the Madrid headquarters in San Sebastián de los Reyes working hybrid with the possibility to combine work from home and in the office. This is a full-time role.

Responsibilities:

• Assess incoming customer requests, develop response plan
• Compile existing technical design information across technical areas into reports
• Work with the licensing group, engineering groups and other departments involved in a new build project to deliver engineering commitments on time and with the appropriate quality
• Support future bid and proposal efforts globally

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Engineering
• Ability to travel internationally up to 25% during project peak times
• Fluent in English
