Your Day-to-Day:


* Coordinate project document completion within the product line/groups.

* Aid engineering team in managing proprietary information and release of information to customers and organizations.

* Qualify to appropriate procedures and apply requirements for project monitoring and reporting on status of project data. 

* Apply procedures, team or project requirements and principles and practices to complete difficult assignments.

* Gains cooperation and builds relationships with internal and external customers.
*    Research process analyses of design decision alternatives by quantitatively analyzing technical decisions in light of dollar and process impact.  Obtains technical information applicable to decision and applies, as appropriate, economic decision trees, present value, discounted cash flow, return on investment and expert analytical present, make recommendations to management and lead implementation.
*    Establish necessary procedures and programs for monitoring, controlling and reporting on status and progress of staffing, financial expenditures, preparation and release of data and reports required by contract or department.  Use standard reporting and control techniques where applicable and develop control methods to be used as a standard.
*    Coordinate project groups,  including investigation, interpretation and acting as a lead for implementation.
*    Authorize and analyze costs and expense reduction methods and procedures consistent with business unit policies and project requirements.
*   Establish criteria for planning of project facilities, budget and staff mix, making recommendations and taking action as necessary.
*   Create confidential records of project activity as required.
*    Lead development of operational procedures, interpretation to management and employees for appropriate course of action.
*    Create and train others to create various reports relevant to contractual commitments of given project.  

*    Prepare special reports and train others to prepare reports as required with observations, trends, recommendations and implementation.

*    Conducts moderately complex business analysis with application and recommendation to process changes.


Who You Are:
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

Bachelor’s degree required (4 year degree). 

* Minimum of five years of applicable experience.

* Possesses and applies advanced technical, analytical, financial knowledge, principles, concepts and practices to completion of difficult assignments.

* MS Project
* Visio
* Adobe Acrobat Pro
* MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
